Most modern mattresses — including all Sleeptone Comfort Series, FDM Signature Series, and most Helix, Brooklyn Bedding, Bear, Birch, and Puffy mattresses — are fully compatible with adjustable bases. Traditional innerspring mattresses with rigid coil units may not flex properly and are not recommended.
