We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If you’re still not satisfied after that, you can return or exchange it within the 100-night period.
Our goal is to help you sleep better—not just sell you a mattress. If something feels off, we’re here to make it right. Please note that clearance or final sale mattresses may not qualify for the trial, and return policies may vary by brand.

Pillows
Pillows are one of the most personal sleep choices you can make. That’s why we offer a 30-night pillow trial on most standard and premium pillows. If you’re not comfortable, you can return or exchange your pillow within that window
We do ask that pillows be returned in clean, undamaged condition, and preferably with their original packaging. Used or stained pillows cannot be accepted due to hygiene concerns. Some specialty pillows, such as those with gel inserts or custom shaping, may be excluded from the trial policy—please check the product description for details.
Bedding
Sheets Trial Policy
Bedding should feel just right—soft, breathable, and tailored to your sleep habits. That’s why we offer a 30-night satisfaction trial on most bedding items, including sheets, protectors, and comforters.
If you’re not satisfied with your bedding, you can return or exchange it within 30 nights of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality.
Once bedding has been opened, washed, or used, it is generally not eligible for return due to the personal nature of the product. However, if you receive a defective item—such as torn stitching or incorrect sizing—please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Adjustable Bases
Adjustable bases are highly specialized sleep systems designed for long-term use. As such, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for trial returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, and features before making your purchase.
If your base arrives with a manufacturing defect, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This typically includes defects in motors, frames, or remote controls for a defined warranty period. Please keep your proof of purchase and register your product if required by the manufacturer.
Because adjustable bases are heavy and complex, returns are not accepted once they are delivered and set up. However, if something isn’t working properly, we will coordinate warranty service on your behalf for repair or replacement.

Bed Frames
Bed frames provide essential support for your mattress, and we want to ensure you select the right one. Most unopened, unused bed frames may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once assembled or used, however, they become non-returnable due to structural and hygiene reasons.
Before purchasing a bed frame, we recommend confirming your mattress size, desired height, and space requirements. If you’re unsure whether a frame is compatible with your mattress or adjustable base, our team can assist.
If your bed frame arrives with a manufacturing defect—such as missing parts or alignment issues—please contact us right away. We’ll work to resolve the issue through a replacement or repair, covered by the product’s warranty.
